On January 29 the latest documentary by Magnus Gertten is released in Danish cinemas.

  

The music documentary Some of us Walk in Raggedy Shoes/Somliga går med trasiga skor by Director Magnus Gertten is released in Danish cinemas on January 29. The film focuses on the life story of the Dutch/Swedish singer/songwriter Cornelis Vreeswijk. It has the Danish title Cornelis Vreeswijk: Nogle går rundt i udtrådte sko. The film is released across all of Denmark.  

Upon the Danish cinema release the film has received numerous great reviews in leading newspapers and magazines. This includes a five-star review in leading Danish film magazine Ekko and an outstanding review in leading newspaper Information, stating: “Gertten has given the Swedish troubadour a solid legacy with this beautiful, touching and powerful documentary film about an extremely composed private person and a great artist.

At Danish documentary blog Filmkommentaren, Documentary Expert Tue Steen Müller gave the film a six-star review.  

The Danish cinema distribution of the film is handled by Camera Film.
