Becoming Zlatan among best European documentaries

Becoming Zlatan is short listed for best documentary at the European Film Awards 2016.
Becoming Zlatan focuses on the decisive years of Swedish soccer player Zlatan Ibrahimović. The film is mainly told through rare archive footage in which a young Zlatan speaks openly about his life and challenges.
The film is directed by Magnus and Fredrik Gertten and produced in close collaboration between Lennart Ström at Auto Images and Margarete Jangård at WG Film. The film is co-produced with Indyca, Italy and Key Docs, The Netherlands.
